HI there, Matt (frenchlukather) came to visit me a week ago, long time no see, more than a year and as always we spent A LOT of time watching Toto videos, listen to Toto songs and talking about Toto. So what could be better than doing our own version of a Toto tune? .. we had fun doing it, specially Matt had a good laugh because I always sung the wrong words in the chorus and we had to start several times from the top all over again! ha ha ha!!..

Check this out, a mini train for kids and adults. I was walking around with Matt and we just found it. A very rare thing. Funny to say, I've been living for some years in Sindelfingen and just now I discovered this little thing.

Hey guys check this out. It has nothing to do with rock and Toto at all, but it is music. For quite a few years there has been a kids-orchestra thing going on in Venezuela. You know trying to get kids into classic music and latter as directors and/or solo instrumentalists, really young people. So after years and years of doing this there is a new generation of musicians and crowd that really dig what this is all about, BUT, more important is the fact that mainly, those kids and teenegers are very poor people that normally would not have access to such a thing, not even to buy an instrument.

So the video is about the youngest orchestra director in Venezuela called Gustavo Dudamel, a 26 years old guy together with a bunch of kids and teenagers playing a classic version of a Latino-Mambo thing. It was recorded somewhere in Germany couple of months ago..

Hope you enjoy it... watch the face of this guys, they are really having fun.

Well she is eating alot so now she weighting 4.260 kg.. and she's getting more and more beautiful everyday.. yeah, you are right.. I'm so f*!*#g proud of her ;-)

I was trying to get any video of the last Luke's perfomance with Joe Satriani.. so I guess nobody has filmed it or all the handy-cameras went broke! ha ha..
So, anyway what I found was tons of amateur videos with thousend of guys, kids etc playing Always. The one I choose is the one I found most interesting. The guy added a bit of his flavor on it and I really liked the "background" playback, one of the most close to the original recording.. just for fun. Take a look.
