Firstly a very Happy New Year to ya'll network cats and catesses. I was away on vacation for a while and then straight back to some sessions at Phantom Recordings and then the whole of the NAMM show. I really enjoy it even though it is a tough hang - so many people that I know, so many people that I don't know but who think I should know, so many people whose face I know but who's name I cannot remember - etc etc etc. On the whole a wonderful time and great to see all the new products - and also a time to meet up with my endorsement companies and thank them for their support for so many years. I realized that I have been with Tama Drums and Zildjian Cymbals for 28 years now and Remo Heads and Pro Mark stix for 25 years - that's pretty amazing - for them to put up with me for that long!!!!
