Howdy Totonians!

Well it's been a long time since I last blogged. Unfortunately, not much is really going on -- between work and life, especially this past week, when the New York Times posted a series of highly slanted and often inaccurate articles and editorials about my client. Been doing damage control all week with that and working on preparing a media approach to counter all the bad press. I'd prefer if this type of thing were done by a media firm, but as attorneys, I guess we can handle this to and it certainly doesn't fall too far out of our normal responsibilities, especially considering the fact that this matter is going to trial and the Times' article will likely slant the jury pool quite a bit.

For those of you frequenting the Catch-All thread and the chaos within, I just had a GREAT conversation with Russ and Scott about what's goin down, and they've got some cool little twitches and tweaks coming our way. They're doing an ADMIRABLE job in the face of adversity, and I for one am quite excited by what they're telling me is in the pipeline. We all need to be cognizant of the fact that this IS still very much a beta. This is the first site of it's kind that has the potential to bring so many different elements into one interface. This may be one of the oldest cliches in the book, but "Rome wasn't built in a day." Let's stay the course and keep giving the boys our feedback. Yes, we all want the changes "yesterday" but I know at least some of you out there are programmers or web-designers -- it ain't easy!

Hey there everybody,

Sorry I've been so quiet as of late. It's been an extremely busy few months.

A few weeks ago my girlfriend moved away to the Washington DC area, so my weekends are spent either down there with her or she's up here. September has been extremely hectic, as I've had something going on every weekend. I've got a wedding this weekend, I was in Penn State last weekend, had a BBQ the weekend before that, etc.

While I don't quite have the new "corner office" that Fiona suggested in the other thread, I certainly have enough work to do to justify it! I'm up at 5:15 AM, out the door by 5:45, and I'm not back at home until about 7:30 that night. I have just enough time to eat dinner, work out, and then go to sleep. The only times I get a chance to check the Network is during an occasionaly break at work here, so my play time is severely limited. I'd be on the Network more, but I just don't have enough time to sift through everything on here!

Hello boys and girls:

Well, this will be short.

It's been a great weekend, and finished off the run last night hanging out with Simon, Luke, and Martin in a local pub. Not a late night, as we were pretty tired.

I didn't get to watch much of the show since I was filming vids and shooting stills the whole time (SCOTT -- at least THREE videos have not appeared! I shot backstage as the band were going on stage, I filmed a lot of the Rosanna opening, and there's another clip of Africa! I already removed the videos locally, so I can't re-upload! Any way to check the queue on your end?)
