It's been awhile since I wrote here, but I had 2 really hard weeks. I have a new job, and we had a 2week-training at the company. It was hard, it was in english, there was much information, and we had a lot to learn. We had 4 trainers, 2 from France, 1 from Belgium and 1 from Estonia. Altough it was hard, we had a really good time, our group is great, I have some new friends and I haven't laughed so much for a while. :) We had a final exam, and I've succesfully passed it, so I'm a certificated Skype Customer Support agent now. :) We begin to work next week, but we still have a lot of things to learn...We'll see... :)
