I've just seen a video of your gig on youtube and what I saw make me shiver ... of pleasure of course.Seeing you with Trev is such a moment of full emotions.You were so proud and happy and I understand it cause both of you fit so well together and I really hope it's not the last time you play on stage together.This gig was full of love, happiness and good vibes.

I had a great time at the Canyon Club. As I reviewed one of Luke's shows I saw in Germany or Switzerland in July, I don't need to rehash my thoughts on the cool set here. What can I say about a Luke show that I haven't said in press releases and reviews before? Trev played and sung well and he's a talented songwriter. I'm digging Trev's CD, superb production - and cool tunes which come over really well live.

It was good to catch up with the Toto guys - Paich, Simon, Greg, Steve Porcaro, Lenny Castro - and say hello to Leland Sklar, Alex Van Halen, Steve Vai, Jay Graydon and David Garfield. Jay asked me to do another interview with him for his new release with Randy Goodrum. It's been a couple of years since the last one (check it out at Jay's website, I think it might be on stevelukather.net too?)

We also had a nice hang with Bobby last week, he was singing and playing as well as ever. Bobby played some of his rocking new tracks on his 14 speaker sound system (you'll have to ask Bobby about that) and we enjoyed a couple of bottles of Giorgio's finest reserve! Mille grazie Giorgio. We had a jam and a lot of laughs. A memorable evening for sure.

I'm back home in London town after another great 10 days in LA. Thanks to my friends Steve and Renee Weingart for all the laughs and Mexican/BBQ hangs.

I had the BEST time........Snuffy (Christie)has a talent for spotting people that is to be envied! And I finally got to meet Steve P........what a cutie pie (thanks Tanya)! LOVED IT!

Oh yeah, and those kids just rocked! They were fantastic and Trev was outta this world, and you and your guys were over the TOP! LOVED THEM ALL!!!!! What a FANTASTIC night! I will be back to see you again!

What a party ! As many others I wish I could be there sharing these moments !But anyway the only thing that matters is that you took your foot oh sorry it's the French sentence...you got your kicks and met some of your dear friends as well.You are such a brilliant musician and and a kind person that you deserve this acknowledgement from your peers and from your US fans.

As you can imagine many guys here are waiting for you and that's an everlasting wait but we have to share you with the World and be patient.Might we hope that Trevor could make a stage appearance in Paris ?
