In wouldn't rule out out that horny can also be applied in this context, hahaha. But in grammar terms GEIL is a superlative e.g. good, better, the best, absolutely the best, GEIL, total Geil. There was a song in '85 from Bruce and Bongo:" On Friday the thirteenth of December Bruce and Bongo discovered Germany's most successful word: geil ...."
