haha, this thread just refuses to die! thanks for your kind words. I might not be the MOST dedicated fan, but toto will always be the most important band in my life and I love them all very much as musicians and as people.

right now I too am on my way to norway - for good! moving home after 4 years in scotland. I am at the airport waiting for my flight and hope I won't have to go through the same ordeal as the guys! haha. catch you all on the flipside!

Linda, you are a much superlative lady and this thread of postings is simply magnificent. It is a great channel for informal shout-outs to the followers of Fergie. I mean, Toto.

I would like to bring up the matter of Fergie's reunion with Toto for the anticipated 30th anniversary, which has not yet been repudiated. I was filled with joy as Fergie, king of musical merit, joined Toto in a recent stage performance and thus raised the bar from great to absolutely endearing. Fergie, in all his superlativeness, will surely be the ultimate highlight as Toto embark upon their journey to Europe in the great year 2008. I am ecstatic to learn that guitar maestro Lee and Fergie are again the best of friends and share the greatest musical loves. If Toto lets Fergie on the plane, Dennis "Mr Friendly" Frederiksen will engender great musical spirit and ferocious beauty that only AOR singers can do.

This is merely a suggestion, lovely Linda, and I mean not to steal attention in your superlative blog entry.

As this is Totoland, I do find it to be appropriate to quote a passage from the Book of Luke found in the splendid Bible, book of all. Read these words and praise them - this is my last endeavour in the matter of Fergie's return with Toto:

(must be an inside thing) I have no idea if you have a big ego or not, know you are one of the most popular people here though (or one of 'em anyway) but I don't believe in feeding somebody's like this never the less. And it's no personal shot at you hun & I apologize if you took it as such. I've bit my tongue about this thread (which I kinda despise anyway) for a long time, but now the thread just won't die & I just finally had to say something.

The Network replaced the official message board (which a lot of people are still not very happy about). The joke might be an inside one, but there's a significant bunch of us here that share it and a lot of other memories.

It's fair enough that you think that threads like these are unneccessary, but it boggles me that you actually waste your time and energy a) being annoyed about it, and b) reading it. In fact, it wasn't even supposed to be a thread, it's an image I posted in my personal gallery.

If you actually read the whole thread, you'll find out that most of it is just jokes between friends. I have been an active member of the Toto online community for 13 years and have a lot of online friends. Where else should we hang out? I see this thread as a house party. Oh, and notice how I dodge compliments? If you had read the whole thread, you'd also know that I think compliments for how you look are shallow and unneccessary. I'm sure there are hungrier egos to feed. It's fine that you think there are prettier girls on the Network, in fact a lot of people will agree with you, including myself, but then again, nobody really claimed that I was the prettiest one in the first place.

(or something like that) I hope we aren't all so discriminate to say a different opinion than the majority & dare voice it! I don't know if he's a good or bad guy but he's probably a good & bad guy just like all of us can be. (words of wisdom & SO true!) But as you say, no, in all honesty I don't really like you because you tend to focus on the negative in every topic and every situation and you seem to enjoy to moan and play a victim. Perhaps if we knew more about you, had a picture, stuff like that, it would be easier to get a grasp of who kdude is.

My MySpace profile has nothing to do with the TotoNetwork (and I find it a bit weird that you would scrutinise my profile), but let me just briefly explain that I am there for networking purposes (work) only, which is says, I am not there to receive sexually explicit messages (which I used to get in abundance) or messages just saying "How's it going, baby, wanna chat?" - I don't receive random phone calls saying that during work hours and I don't want it on MySpace either. I have had some disgusting and sometimes scary messages there, hence the 'disclaimer'. Oh, and it says I will listen to ALL unsigned bands.

Or just leave any pics out. If it's "strictly business," they don't need to know what you lok like anyway.
