A nice dinner

A nice dinner

Back at you again, this time with a grill meal. Unfortunately, coal grills are forbidden outside the apartment but I managed to fix something nevertheless with a grilling pan. It's entrecote stuffed with rosemary, fries and a salad with pineapple, bananas, strawberries, vanilla yogurt and mynth. The cold beer and this dish was really nice.

Two night ago I made up a fruit salad with kiwi, blueberries, grapes....a little orange marmalade dissolved in red wine and smokehouse almonds.
I guess it's just a 'fruit salad' kind of summer! That looks LOVELY ---gimme a Diet Coke instead of the beer and I'd make pretty quick work of that plate. YUM!!!!!!!

Thanks bro. It was a good dinner for two, the temperature is over 30 degreed celcius so that salad worked out really fine. I'm having leftovers from it now.

Anytime for you, Mrs Duck! The meat was a Jamie Oliver thing and the salad was that Canadian grill master Rob Rainford. It's actually considered for pork but to this piece of meat it worked out just fine....I just wing it at times. Try it out.
