Stryper in action!!

Stryper in action!!

As i wrote in another blog, the metal-group Stryper was one of the headliners on this years "Seaside Music & Mission Festival" in Norway..

Here's one picture of Stryper in action, in front of 5-6000 young people.. (Stryper was the last band on stage this evening, playing after 5 other artists....)

Great to see this again Eirik. I saw them back in 1988 (you must have been three years old or so back than) in The Netherlands on a festival. I was a fan of them. I had a woodcolour guitar back than and i bought yellow and black tape. With those I covered up the whole guitar in Stryper style. My parents must have been mad about that I guess. By the this song is the title track of the Soldiers In Command album, not from To Hell With The Devil (just a little fact) Thanks for posting...

..of course you're right Eddie.... actually I was planning to post the video of "To Hell with the Devil" "Free" or "Honestly" (which all are from the "THwtD"-album), but chose "Soldiers in Command" right before posting....

BLAST FROM THE PAST

I remember hearing those guys in the late 80's when I was still in high school. I didn't even think they were a band anymore, or had fallen off teh planet.

I wasn't a huge fan; but I did like some of their stuff.

And I definitely remember that album title.
