World's Oldest Audio recording played back for the first time!

Scientists in Berkley have used modern technology to play back a recording of "Claire De Lune" that predates Thomas Edison. Recorded in 1860, it has never been played back. The device it was recorded on had no provision for playback as the inventor had not even conceived of that possibility!.
