Last year the rose decided to make it's own arch. Now tangled with the wisteria. I always wanted an arbor there... :)~

OUCH! SHIT THAT HURT...HAHA!!! just kidding. It's so pretty, Tanya. I can't wait until our flowers are coming up. This little storm we had/have will do our flowers trees and everything else really good. I love my yard in the spring/summer. I have tons of flowers.

WOW.
Oh how pretty those are. I walked out the other day and took flannel sheets off the roses (all five of 'em!). I think they all have black spot now for some reason, or they got frost-bite!

Gotta love it.
Sterling hsan't bloomed yet-she's due up in June I think. I have to find some plant food spikes somewhere.

We've got a meeting wednesday

Because we want the guy to see who he's dealing with : just a couple of moms that want their kids to be able to play outside safely.Keeping it all nice and friendly. We want to show him what things were like,and what they are now. We used to keep our eyes on eachothers kids and the elderly ,but it doesn't happen anymore.Just this afternoon i realized my nextdoor neighbour had hipsurgery last week ! If i had known i would have helped him and his adorable wife with stuff ( they are 83 and 81 ). It worries me to see we cant keep in touch

It's amazing how the dynamic

can change. In the summer around here everybody is out and you talk in the street. Then once it gets cold you really lose track of people. I wish you good luck with your project, I know how difficult it is to get these sort of things done!

hahaha, luckily we don't get as hot as the Valley 110+ degrees all summer! UGH!
I sit in the shade with sweat rolling down me...not a pretty site!

We rarely see over 100, but that ENOUGH for me.....I just melt...like the wicked witch (sorta) hahaha

right now. Then summer will hit and it's hard to keep enough moisture in the ground and it takes on a kind of dry and dusty vibe. Just gotta' appreciate it now while it's in this state...
