Pasta with rucola must be served separately, possibly with diced bacon or speck!
Hold the meat and contours for the second dish!

Hahahaha........That's how Italians do it? That was actually news to me, gotta go to Italy to study the food. Is there a particular reason to why you serve it seperately?

- apetizers
- pasta or rice (you can cook it in a milion ways)
- meat or fish with vegetables...or sauces
- fruits
- cakes
- coffee
- the right wine

I'm such a lazy cook, and do not drink alcohol (except for the occasional pilsener). This looks cool. I agree with Grazia that we serve meat as a separate course. I'm putting on some baked beans for dinner.. :O)

You should try this baby, it's simple. Just put a piece of butter in the pasta when it's done, throw in the ruccola, mill some black pepper on it and some good extra virgin olive oil....I'm getting hungry again myself, hahaha!

The guitar rig is changing too. I threw out my Behringer stomp boxes and got a modified Boss Blues Driver from a guy who knows his stuff. I'm awaiting the Boss Super Overdrive Plus from him as well and those babies combined with the Classic 30 will work I think. Was planning to buy a delay but I think I won't. Some of my favourite guitar players don't use one and I'm on a budget....Phat leads is no1 priority.

..you can always add it later...I use rever when I play steel guitar , but on 6 string I often don't use any 'verb or delay.
