what a great night, yesterday, at the clinic in Bologna!
what a pleasure to meet you and hold your hand! I know we got the best Food in the world and you was really 'full' of it at 16.00 pm!
I also know we got the best wine!
It's been the perfect day for me and the guys of the Band!
Oh My God you was under a sea of guitars to sign!!! ahahahaha!!!
great to see a lot of people there almost 600 persons...100% musicians or 'sick of music' as me!
A lot of interesting things I ve heard from you at the clinic!
I ll post it later... it's time to have a Coffeeeeee!!!

the best was at the clinic, I was in the first row nothing than a lot of musicman guitar between us and him ahahaha!!!
so my eyes were up on his face, my ears in his mouth. the most funny question was: Are you an Human man or an octopussy?
he sayed : Ask to my wife!!!
Q:Who is the most important guitar player ho has influenced you more than the others?A: Jeff Beck....
a lot of fun when he tell about some 'naughty' stuff with Micheal Jackson...
and a great sadness in his eyes when someone asked Q: how was your life without Jeff Porcaro or without the family Porcaro
They were my second family, you can not imagine what the experience of playing with a man behind as Jeff...he taught me the most important
and there is no day when I can not think of him!
my question was : Why 'The Letting Go' solo is so 'fucking' perfect?
he sayed : SOMETIME I'M LUCKY (ahahaha)
after he explain better ...I m lucky to have the possibility to play with musicians like Leland Sklar, Abe Laboriel Jr, Lenny Castro and to work with a great composer like Goodrum...so everybody put the best and I can ply at my best...
how much freedom you and the other musicians had to make some personal arrangiament on the parties during the record session?
many arrangements were not, are not on the credits ... but sure.... no one could tell me or Jeff Porcaro how playing...!!!

That looks like such a fantastic nite with Luke and all the others waiting to see Luke up close n personal!
Luke is always so willing to meet the fans, and his soh is just so wicked it will keep you in stitches all nite!
As for the big prawn who asked Luke about not being with his best bro Jeff, well someone should give that person a big kick up the bum....of course his response was going to be sombre to say the least, and I personally wouldnt have asked. But its so nice of you to share the night's proceedings Grazia, and I can't get over how blue Luke's eyes are! (I guess this solo gig is really agreeing with him!)

Thanks....but this has been possible with the help of all GGM Staff, in particular Domenico...during last weeks we have done 150 calls!! But all this is always a pleasure....I admit: It has been an AWESOME NIGHT!!! We were a team and Malati were fantastic!!
