Hi everybody ! I have added some bass tabs of Toto on my website : http://cvanaret.free.fr/main.php?page=tabs I do them myself, so they're exact, but it takes a little time ;) Don't hesitate to propose some tabs, and check out the site frequently for updates ! Bye Charlie

Here's an older clip of the guys on Japanese tv - it sure is great to see the Porcaro bros on stage together!! Not very good quality, but had to add it here all the same!

Check this out. It seems that even some actors like some of our songs. I got this from B. Scotti. Hope everyone's doing great........Bobby http://www.spinner.com/2008/04/21/potent-quotables-office-actor-touts-toto/

I went to a TV- show recording last night, to see a friend perform in a lyric competition. One of the contestants chose Africa for his 80's song. The trick is to remember the lyrics that are taken out of a karaoke text. With a live band. He remembered the lyrics correctly,thankfully... Funny thing was, the drummer did a Jeff signature fill going into the chorus. That was so cool! I love doing those fills myself, but it's fun to hear other drummers that know what Jeff was all about. Just wanted to share the fun, haha. Peace out! Jan

Hey everyone !! How are you ?? Let me share somthing with you ... some incredible music thing. I just bought the Andy Mckee's "Dreamcatcher" album and discovered a really beautiful piece of music : Africa in a really really really impressive guitar only version. The good thing is : Andy did a Video version available on youtube. Take a sit.

I have now seen Toto live twice without Dave, and I really must say there's something missing. I can say the same about Mike, but hopefully, Mike will be back next time, and I most certainly can live with a gig with Lee playing the bass. But the soul in Dave's playing and vocals is missing, and it's sad I most likely won'y get to see Dave with Toto again. And Greg is doing a fantastic job- not to forget that- I'm sending my best wishes to Dave and his family. Dave- you are missed more than I can describe by words. One of the funding members of the band that has a style with that jazzy feel that makes him special. And a voice who's legendary for songs like Africa and Home of the Brave. The warmth in his voice is incredible.

MashCast !

In Paris getting ready for the DVD shoot and at sound check Greg came up with a new solo for Africa. Just want you, being family, to be the first to hear and enjoy it. Wish us/him luck with it.
