As promised, I finally went through a bunch of old magazines looking for something Toto. This is a Pearl ad with Jeff from Musician magazine, March 1984. To download a larger-than-life-size of the picture just click on 'original', then right-click on the image and choose 'save image' to the target of your preference. Give it some time to load as it's a big file. Cheers, leo.

I finallly made the giant leap and got myself a new turntable, and (thanks to Tanya) one of those I can hook up to the computer and make wav/mp3 files from records with. One of the first albums I got back is Don Henley's "I Can't Stand Still". I know it by heart, almost, but listening to it once again after a lot of time is making a huge impression and bringing back a lot of memories. Some of the cats playing on it: Lee, Luke, Steve Porcaro, Jeff... Sounds familiar? :O) This album is a masterpiece. Cheers, leo

Has anyone listened to this album??? It would be great to hear some early stuff with Jeff, and a few other big names!! Here is a short, brief bit on Clover..... The Sound City Sessions - John Mcfee of the Doobie Brothers, Huey Lewis and Sean Hopper of The News, Jeff Porcaro of Toto, Alex Call (songwriter for Pat Benatar and Tommy Tutone among many others), and John Ciambotti - all amazing talents in their own rights - before they were famous - together on this masterpiece. This CD was originally recorded in 1975 at Sound City studios in LA; never before released until now. Sonic Past Music has unearthed long-lost recordings by the group Clover.

You may remember the dedication clip i made last year with a lot of unseen (or very rare) footage from my own collection. I just edited it for some correction for those who haven't yet seen it (or not). Jeff we all miss you very much !! But i'm sure he's having fun with a lot of musicians up there. God is in good hands ;)
