GES tattoo

I only got this tattoo on my upper right arm a oouple of years ago, after deciding on a logo for my recording studio. I've always liked the sword/ring motif from Toto's debut album and the changes made to it over the years. It has a majestic strength and I wanted to incorporate that motif with a couple of personal touches. There's a blue, tear-drop shaped gem at the crosspiece near the handle that matches the Yogo sapphire in the wedding ring I designed when Pat ("Mrs. Duck") and I decided to get married. Teardrop tattoo

Just got this one this afternoon on my upper left arm. The teardrop respresents a bittersweetness to certain aspects of my life and the other components are just 'personal', but I thought I'd share it with the network. I'm really happy with how this turned out!

Grey Eminence Studio logo

When I got my home studio put together I wanted a logo for it. I've always liked the sword motif the band has used over the years so I had a local artist put this together for me, but with a couple minor personal changes: the blue teardrop jewel in the handle matches the one in my wedding ring, for example. 'Grey Eminence' is from French history... Google it or check out Wikipedia, but the main theme I took from it was '...someone who wields great power secretly or unofficially...' or 'a person who exercises power behind the scenes'. I also have a tattoo of the ring and sword on my upper right
